Some people simply know how to live life well. So often people find themselves going from day to day and week to week without ever stopping to simply take a moment and enjoy the life that they get to live. On the other hand, there are others who can effortlessly take every moment as a gift, living it to the fullest. This idea of living life to the fullest not only describes Kelsey and Chayse perfectly, but it also paints the perfect picture of their incredible New Year’s Eve wedding!

When we think through all of our couples over the last year, it makes perfect sense that Kelsey and Chayse would be the ones to celebrate their wedding on New Year’s Eve! From the first moments of getting ready and seeing their friends and family support them every step on the way, to watching their entire wedding mob the dance floor as soon as the reception started, the “New Year energy” radiated through each and every moment. The grandiose chapel they became husband and wife in contrasted perfectly with their reception space at the Watermark Solarium, showing how these two can balance important parts of life while still having plenty of time set aside for friends, family, and fun!

An absolutely frigid December gave way as temperatures rose to an almost “balmy” afternoon in high 30s, allowing Kelsey and Chayse to bring back all of the charm and poise they channeled during their engagement shoot for their portrait time in downtown St. Joe. The fact that many businesses were closed for New Years Eve opened up new possibilities for portraits, resulting in a session that was truly the perfect capstone to our 2022! Combine the perfect start of the day with the explosive finish at the solarium and you have a wedding that will truly live on in everyone’s memories for years to come!

Kelsey and Chayse, we could not think of a better way to end out our 2022 than with the life and energy you two radiant. We’ve so enjoyed following your adventures over the years, and now we get to follow your new adventures and Mr. and Mrs. Magrane! You challenge us to live life with passion and to not have regrets, and as we head into 2023, we think that is a message that everyone needs to hear! Happy Wedding day you two!!! So glad that the rest of the world was able to join in celebration of you two!
