Josh and Andrea | Washington, D.C.| Jefferson and Lincoln Memorial

The ones who practically live behind the camera slowly strolled out onto the steps. They knew that the flight taking them home was departing that evening, so their adventure in Washington DC was coming to an end. Thankfully, this dream of theirs would be something they would get to take home with them: a unique couple’s session for two photographers at some of the nation’s most beautiful structures.

Shortly after we talked with Kristi and Jake about their Washington DC wedding, Andrea came to Josh and asked if there was any way that we could plan for our own photo shoot in the nation’s capitol, specifically at the Lincoln and Jefferson memorials. However, due to the changing weather and the short time-span we would be in DC, we didn’t want to try and book another photographer since there was a high possibility of it falling through. So we turned to Andrea’s sister, Janelle, who would be accompanying us on the trip, and asked her if this could be a chance for her to stretch her wings and get behind the camera. This is the result.
