Jenna and Steven | Engagement Shoot | The Edsel and Eleanor Ford House | Grosse Pointe, MI

Water softly trickled down the fountain wall of the hidden garden. The heat of the day had passed, and now the fading sunlight revealed a literal paradise for Jenna and Steven’s engagement shoot. With the estate standing proudly in the background, Jenna and Steven entered the grounds, escorted closely by the newest member of their family, Rory. “I can’t believe I’ve never been here,” escaped Jenna’s lips when the Ford House came into view as they rolled up the main drive in “Beau,” the classic Detroit Packard supplied by Detroit’s very own Motor City Vintage Rentals. Although each and every element of the evening seemed to be perfect, it paled in comparison to the perfect love Jenna and Steven have for each other.

Jenna and Steven, the aesthetic and feel of this engagement session was literally made for you two. From the first picture taken, you seamlessly flowed from portrait to portrait, all the while looking as though you belonged in a fine art painting or tapestry. Hearing your excitement when you spoke about Rory, “Beau,” or your wedding next year gave us just the slightest glimpse into how much life you both have to share with others, and we are already looking forward to seeing more next year.
