The hustle and bustle of the city was almost deafening. Patrons walked to and fro, busy with work and busy with life, eager to make it to the next thing on their agendas. But in the midst of this chaos stood Carley and Tanner, and one look at them easily gave any onlooker the sense of the “calm in the storm.” Nothing else mattered to these two, not the people, not the noise; it was only about each other. As Tanner took Carley’s hand in his and softly lead her off into the crowd, the beautiful sense of the “calm in the storm” seemed to follow them into the rest of the evening.

Carley and Tanner, your beautiful story so far stands out in a world that deeply deserves to believe in love. As we spent the evening exploring downtown Chicago, there wasn’t a moment that passed where you both didn’t seem to feel completely comfortable and at peace, even with the chaos happening around us. We’ve come to realize that that peace you both showed comes from who you are as a couple, and how you both bring out the best in each other. Next year can’t come soon enough, we are already so looking forward to spending time with you again; and this time, it will be to celebrate your wedding!
