Long before the evening at Cranbrook, Evelyn came to us with an idea of “lovers of life” for their engagement shoot inspiration. Not a session framed around a location or an outfit, but a concept. And as we said goodbye, we left this evening wondering if we have been doing it all wrong for years.

Maybe, instead of being about the individual elements, it’s the overall concept that gives a session personality and life. The feelings our couples display become elements and characters in the story of the evening, creating a truly unique gallery. And when we look at this gallery, we can clearly feel the “young love” these two have for each other.
