The sound of laughter paired with light running resounded through the dark halls. A night that began with the “perfect” conditions had quickly transformed into a windy, dark backdrop as an unexpected storm rolled in. But as Regan and Tyler hurried from Cadillac Place to the nearby Fisher building, an entirely new world of character and charm opened before them. Architecture that harkened back to a simpler time greeted them as they began wandering through the halls, imagining the celebrations and shows that had taken place over the years. It almost seemed apropos that a building hailed as “Detroit’s Largest Art Object” would be the final setting for the second and final part of their romantic engagement session.
Regan and Tyler, as we collaborated with you in the planning and creation of your engagement shoot, we had a distinct feeling something special was happening. It wasn’t five minutes after meeting you two that we knew that this session was going to not only be our first engagement shoot of the wedding season, but it was also going to be one of our favorites. Everything from your selection in venues to your stunning attire so clearly communicated a sense of confidence yet tenderness in your relationship, and as the evening moved on, we were able to see the joyful, playful side of your friendship as well. Truly, an engagement session for the ages and one that has us incredibly ecstatic to see you both later this year.
See you soon!
