“Golden” didn’t even come close to describing the myriad of tones the sunlight gave off as it pierced the trees. The soft sound of trickling water floated over the estate. Suddenly, a new sound arose from across the grounds: laughter. It was a joyful laughter, that seemed to resonate with the very night air. As Emma and Igor strolled around the gardens of Cranbrook House, enjoying the sights and the architecture, they never strayed far from each other. The evening of their engagement shoot was filled with laughter and romance like that of a novel. As they explored the grounds, they felt like they had left Michigan behind, being transported to a European villa to spend a lovely evening with each other.

Emma and Igor, not only does your love shine through your engagement session, but your beautiful spirits do as well. From our first words in the parking lot, your kindness was evident. You both have such a beautiful relationship, and your engagement session perfectly captured a peaceful sense of belonging between you two. We found ourselves growing increasingly sad as the sun dipped lower and lower, purely because it meant that our time with you was coming to an end. Thankfully, the four of us have next year to look forward to, where we will get to celebrate you and your beautiful love on your wedding day!
