Grace and Brandon | A Golden Sailboat Session | Engagement | Lake Michigan

The coastline slowly shrank into the distance. While the other passengers congregated towards the rear of the ship, Grace and Brandon enjoyed the time alone they finally had at the bow of the ship. The world seemed so open and filled with possibilities as they looked out over the lake. Memories washed up like the surf that rolled over the bow, as Grace and Brandon thought back to the path that had led them to this beautiful moment. Although their wedding was only a few weeks away, for the short evening, the stress melted away, and the excitement for their wedding day could finally begin to sink in.

Grace and Brandon, few people know how personal and precious this session was, not only for you, but also for us as well. We still remember meeting Grace years ago and already hearing her excitement about the man she would meet “someday.” Brandon, we know that you are more than she could have ever imagined, and to be a part of not only your proposal and engagement story but also your wedding, is one of the highest honors wedding professionals like you two can give us.
